Aluminum Bars – With Crossbar

NEW!  Pro Cruiser Aluminum Bars 28.5" wide x 6" high.

There are 5 different size choices available in this category.  All of these handlebars are recommended for riders under the weight of 150lbs.  If you are close to 150lbs or over this limit, you should be looking at chromoly bars.  The Junior 4X and 5X bars are perfect for Expert frames and great Junior and Expert Cruiser bars.  The Moto 5.5 and 6.5 bars are better for riders on Expert XL frames or smaller riders on a Pro frame  We now offer our Pro Cruiser bar in aluminum.  The 4X and 5X bars have the 7-degree sweep on them, but the Moto and Cruiser AL bars feature 10 & 13-degree sweeps. All aluminum bars with crossbars have a rider weight limit of 150 lbs.

Junior 4X = 24" wide x 4" tall

Junior 5X = 24" wide x 5" tall

Moto 5.5 = 26" wide x 5.5" tall

Moto 6.5 = 26" wide x 6.5" tall

Cruiser AL = 28.5" wide x 6" tall

Bar End Plugs

Crupi bar end plugs are fully CNC machined aluminum.  These plugs were designed to outlast any plastic bar end plug and possibly even the life of your bars.  They fit a majority of all bars on the market but were specifically designed to work with Crupi bars.

  • .065 plugs work with chromo bars

  • .120 plugs work with aluminum bars

  • Aluminum plugs may not work with Answer Aluminum bars
