If you’ve ever seen Crupi’s displays at the races, then you know first hand why our bottom brackets are unmatched by any other.  The greatest advantage to our bottom bracket is in how well it spins.  Other advantages include the simple lock rings which secure it once in place and the lateral  adjustment it has.  Multiple spindle lengths make for a perfect chain alignment every time.

  • Spindle lengths available are 110, 115, 120 and 128mm

  • 115 & 120 lengths are the most common

Bottom Bracket Tools (for use w/Crupi BB's)

 

The HCW-5 double sided bottom bracket lockring hook spanner. One side is a single hook that works perfectly for Crupi Titanium bottom brackets so you can properly tighten and loosen the lock rings without damaging them.  The other is a hook spanner with 3 notches for better engagement in the lockrings with only 3 notches.  Works best on Crupi bottom brackets together with the Park SPA-1 pin spanner tool listed below.

 

The green handled SPA-1 fits adjusting cup on many adjustable type bottom brackets (including Crupi). The pin ends are round with a diameter of 2.9mm. Park Tool Pin Spanners have been designed to give maximum usefulness and versatility at the lowest possible cost. Tough, high carbon tool steel is used on each tool to ensure long life. Handle is vinyl coated to give a good grip.

Large Bottom Bracket

For frames with a large, American style bottom bracket, our large bottom bracket has all the same advantages as our smaller European style bottom bracket.  The simple locking collars, it’s lateral adjustment and of course it’s unmatched spinning.  The spindles are available in both chromoly and titanium.  Not recommended for riders over the age of 14.

CNC machined washer with steel bolt.  Provides a flush clean look to your crank arms when installed.  Designed to fit Crupi Bottom Brackets only, will not work with FSA or Shimano BB's.

Threaded Conversion Cups

The economical way to make your European bottom bracket fit into a large bottom bracket shell.  Simply press in the cups and use your existing bottom bracket and cranks.  Knurls keep the cups tight in the shell and the slots machined on the backside of the cups makes using a punch to remove them a snap!
