are external mount integrated bottom brackets where the bearings mount outside the
bottom bracket shell keeping the cartridge bearings bigger which allow
them to spin better. Designed
to work with all Rhythm cranks as well as any external bearing type
crank set including DXR! Available with standard cartridge sealed bearings
and our new Tiramic bearings!
