Talk
about some things or hobbies you enjoy doing other than
riding/racing:
Wake boarding, snow boarding, Moto X, Cars and hanging
out with my friends.
Describe
your best racing accomplishment:
1999 World Titles in
France being the only rider to win 2 World Titles there; and
jumping the 9 meter doubles on the first straight! (age 11).
Describe
your worst racing experience (on the track or off):
The World's in Brazil not making any finals (just had the
worst weekend) and breaking my leg last year (2004) in training.
It kept me off my bike for 5 months.
Who
is your favorite or most respected rider on the track and why:
Luke Madill, Kyle Bennett. The most respect I had for
his skills was the late Mario Soto.
Tell
us about what goals you have for both life and racing:
To become a builder and start my own company.
I would like to spend some time racing in the USA and aim to be
a professional Pro Rider. To get picked to go the Olympics
for Australia.
What
racing tip or advice would you like to give riders:
Remember, you only get out of racing and training what
you put in. Try your hardest, never give up and have some
fun. When you have a bad race, forget it and concentrate
on the next one.
Final
thoughts or anything you would like to say:
In my 14 years of racing, I have been lucky to have my
Dad & Mum encouraging me. I have been lucky enough to have
major support and sponsorship from Benny and Greg at Crupi USA
and co sponsors like Chris King, Sunringle and Bombshell.
I have made a lot of great friendships with riders and their
parents all over the world because of BMX. I would like to
thank everyone who has supported me in BMX over the years.
